I always smile when people comment about how confident I look ...
The truth is I am not always confident and I feel fear most days. In fact, I have spent most of my life with anxiety.
I am all about owning my own shit, my past and my mistakes and even the parts of me I don’t like very much. But it wasn’t always like that. I have spent most of my life feeling insecure and not enough. Feeling that something was wrong with me because I was not perfect.
Last week I read The Judgement Detox by Gabby Bernstein. I actually started the book last year but I felt I wasn’t really a judgmental person so I left it after a couple of chapters.
For whatever the reason I picked it up again the other day and was very shocked to realize that yes… I judge others and I am especially bad at judging myself...
It did not feel great to find out these things about myself but I realised I am all about getting to know me better as it is the only way to become a better person and to live a life full of purpose and passion.
Coming back to the point I was trying to make before, owning our shit is a very powerful thing to do. You can not feel fully confident and show up authentically if you are constantly trying to hide parts of you from yourself or the world.... Tell me about it!
There is nothing more powerful than a woman being herself fully and sharing that openly with the world. Your relationships become the best they can be, you are more authentic and magnetic and you become more visible- to yourself and others.
Imagine all the energy you have wasted through your life trying to hide parts of yourself to the world. Just think of this: You have a ‘castle’. Then somebody comes and criticises one of your rooms, the colour, or the decoration. So you decide to close that room. And everytime somebody criticises you again you close another room. And you keep closing rooms until you are left in a small 2 bedroom apartment.
Same happens with us, we start shutting parts of us away because of the comments we receive from other people until we end up losing and forgetting who we truly are.
It doesn't matter if you are in the corporate world or if you are a business of one or many. Owning who you are fully will have a great impact on your personal and professional life. Not to mention you will get your passion for life back.
As you own who you are fully you create a more authentic and consistent brand. You are being you, and people will be drawn to that. That will create trust and trusted brands are noticed, respected and get to command higher fees. It is truly a super cool way of living where you not only get to enjoy your life but also create the success you desire.
And that is the work that I am most passionate about doing! Helping women create a powerful image (inner and outer) that is a confident representation of themselves. Where you are able to show up in life as you! When how you communicate, how you dress, the goals you go for and how you choose to spend your time comes from a deeper sense of peace and joy.
I am so glad I had the difficulties I had, because I became so obsessed with learning and with growing, and I now spend my days helping others to do the same.
If you are feeling like you want to finish this year doing something for you (because, hey! It’s time you stop doing everything for everyone else but you ;) I would love to talk to you!
You can book a time for us to talk. I work on a very personal level with my clients, so let's get to know each other. Let's see if you are truly serious about owning your life and creating the success you desire, and how I can help you. Book a time to talk here

Lots of love
