Being persuasive is an art.

You want to be persuasive because you want people to consider your ideas and suggestions.

Persuasion is not manipulation. It is the ability to have your words heard and accepted. We are on a constant basis, persuading (hopefully) our kids, partners, colleagues... everybody.

The best part is that it facilitates communication and decreases misunderstandings and conflict.

By being persuasive you become a great conversationalist. And the great news is, the best listeners make the best communicators.

Communication is the basis of all. It affects personal and professional relationships and it is the basis for creating successful relationships.

The key to becoming the best at communicating is being curious. The more attentively you listen and ask questions, the more special the person you are talking to will feel.

Sounds simple? It is, and I have seen my clients implementing this simple tool to improve their personal relationships, to double their sales and to secure promotions.

We sometimes don't realise that it is the simple changes that lead to the biggest results.

Give it a try and notice how much your relationships improve by just being present and setting the intention to make others feel special.
