I love my dresses! They are so easy to wear. And they can be so versatile, especially when combined with jackets.
This dress is actually very structured and being navy, it is more on the credible side.
However, by combining it with my white jacket and it's flowy sleeves I have made the look more feminine.
I am also breaking up more of the traditional look by wearing a statement necklace and my beloved denim shoes. These ones are getting a lot of wear lately!
Remember that dark colours create a more credible look, whereas light or pastel colours are more feminine and soft.
As always it's all about balancing your femininity and credibility to create a look that supports the impression you desire to create.
And you can look professional without having to stick to the traditional black suit.
Remember, it is very important to create an image that makes you look and feel like the leader you want to become. Stop trying to fit into the stereotype black suit and white shirt and show off your unique style and personality in a credible and professional way.
I am wearing: Dress: Portmans, Jacket: Zara, Shoes: Ninewest
Have an amazing week!
