Handbags!!! Ohh I love them. I used to change my handbag every day but now I am a bit more practical and use the same one for a longer time. However, as the weather has been cooling more down here in Australia, I felt like pulling out my orange handbag for a week.
The colour is quite out there so I decided to wear a few monochromatic or neutral outfits that week to go with this handbag.
It actually looks great with all black ;) SO if you are a lover of wearing a lot of black, adding colour to your handbags is a great idea.
There are some more ideas below. Also, I want you to remember that your style personality is going to be a super important aspect when picking the 'perfect' handbag.
So, your handbag must be in alignment with your style personality.
So if you are a classic dresser, you are going to like more classic looking handbags in a traditional colour. Me being a more dramatic dresser I like handbags that are big and/or colourful with a lot of detail. For example, the black handbag on the left even though I like it, it feels a tiny a bit plain.
So when choosing your next handbag, make sure you are clear on what size you feel most comfortable with and the style and colour that feels 100% you. I have got carried away purchasing handbags I like a lot, but then when I get home I realised the size or colour doesn't feel like me completely.
I also recommend that you shop around before you actually buy your bag. Try them on in front of the mirror and take photos, after you have tried a few ones, make your decision and purchase it!
I am wearing: Top: Zara, Handbag: Nicoli, Necklace: I sort of did it. ;)
Have an amazing week!
