I am back after a whole month of amazingness! I spent a couple of weeks in Colombia visiting my family, then a few days in Panama and Miami with my husband. And I finished my trip in Montreal Canada, where I met with my awesome Mentor Gina Devee.

After a few days on holidays and eating all that crossed my path, I found myself not fitting into my clothes very well...

I was 'forced' to go shopping ;) When I saw this top I almost screamed! One of my favourite colours and in a loose style - perfect to cover the extra kilos around my waist!!

I paired the top with some fitted skinny jeans. Avoid putting together loose tops and loose bottoms as it might make you look frumpy.

I chose a pair of gold earrings and then decided to go with gold shoes to link with the colour of the earrings.

You can choose up to 3 colours in an outfit. I could have worn black shoes as well but the truth is I was going to be doing some walking and the black shoes I had with me had a stiletto with super high heel so - no thank you.

I could also have worn a pair of black pants and black shoes to make this outfit more dressy.

I had an opportunity to really practice self-love in the last few days.  So I was all about walking my talk.

I started most of my days looking at my body in the mirror and appreciating all the parts of my body as they are now.

I also put a bit of extra attention while getting ready in the morning. I applied moisturiser while giving myself loving thoughts. I applied makeup in a way that made me feel beautiful. I looked deeper into my eyes and told myself how much I loved me. I haven't lost any weight yet, but I am truly feeling better ;)

I am wearing: Top and Shoes: Colombia, Jeans: Marcs.

Have an amazing week!
