Welcome to 'The outfit of the week' (OOTW).
But first the inspiration for this week...
Yes! I've got cellulite, I am still enough. I have dark circles, I am still enough. I can't fit into all of my clothes, I am still enough. I didn't reach my goals for the month, I am still enough.
I have always been enough! I will always be enough! No matter what, I am enough!
Repeat this daily.
Let's get to the outfit of this week!
Continuing last week's topic, let's get back to pants. And pants that are not black ;)
Patterned pants... a scary one for me as they have the ability to make me look bigger on my hips.
But as I love colour I always get attracted to different ways to add it to my outfits.
This look is semi-casual and not the best to opt for if I am doing a presentation, but for a day with a client or on a weekend it is perfect. It is comfortable and fresh enough for these warm days - sorry if you are in the Northern hemisphere ;)
I picked a top in one of the colours of the pattern which helps balance the attention and avoids making my hips look bigger - winning!
The fit of the legs is semi-fitted which is flattering to all body shapes.
I also love one of my last acquisitions, my nude/pink shoes. They go with so many outfits!
You have heard me talking about nude shoes before, but now we have so many more shades than just a plain beige and that makes it so much fun!
I am wearing: Top: Forever new, Pants: Zara, Shoes: Colombia.
I have been talking to so many women lately about how frustrating it can be to create a wardrobe that is versatile and that you love...
Have you felt any of these lately:
· You are not entering the room holding your head high but instead, you want to be invisible?
· Taking way too long to find what to wear and second-guessing your options?
· Stuck in a style that doesn't represent you anymore?
· Ready for a revamp for a change...
I HAVE SOMETHING THAT WILL HELP!!!
My mini-course 'Stylish and Confident' is here to help. It's 50% OFF for the next 12 hours. Read more here
'I was simply expecting a guide on how to dress - but I had it all wrong! I have learned how to feel comfortable in my own skin and how to accentuate my best features. I felt like I had a personal chef. As I walked through the process the ingredients were all staring at me, but the program provided the vital recipe and method for them all to work. THE CONCEPTS ARE REALLY STRAIGHT FORWARD. So thank you Alba - for creating this awesome guide'. Megan Dunstall.
Have an amazing week!
