One of the most controversial and powerful conversations I have with my clients is how to balance our feminine and masculine energies to achieve our goals and dreams.
It doesn't matter if you are a man or a woman this applies equally to you.
The masculine energy is the energy in which we achieve, accomplish goals, take action, use our logic. It's our left brain.
The feminine energy is all about connecting, being grounded, in flow, creative and is the energy that allows us to receive!
They are both important.
But what is the difference between taking massive actions vs taking inspired action?
It’s the action we take that will make a difference to the results we get in life.
Of course our thoughts must be in alignment with our actions to get real results. That is what we call taking inspired action.
You connect to the feminine energy that grounds you and makes you feel clear and in flow, then from that energy you take action. That is inspired action.
By nature I am a doer, I operate from a very masculine energy. I am all about achieving and accomplishing. This is massive action, acting from the head up. Doing a lot but not always getting the results I wanted.
I did things like completing an engineering degree, setting up a business I never did anything with, launching products and courses I never sold, and many other things, just because I decided in my head I had to do them. I never stopped to check in with my heart or soul if that felt in alignment.
To get better results and be more balanced, I have been reconnecting more to my feminine energy. It has been a challenge for me to balance both energies because I am a woman of extremes!
For a while, I would be either taking massive action or going to the other extreme of meditating and connecting for a 'little bit too long'.
But now, I am very clear on the value and the power of only taking action that is aligned with my soul and desires. I now take the time to ground myself in the mornings and from that place I go and take action.
Last week, at my 1-day workshop in Perth, we had a very interesting conversation about the benefits of balancing these 2 powerful energies. Most participants were blown away by how this simple yet powerful concept can revolutionise how they are living their lives and the results they are getting.
