I just came back after a month of holidays. It was awesome to spend time with my family in Colombia, then go to Cancun with my husband for a relaxing week. We close the holiday attending Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within in Sydney.
And yes I am a fire walker now! Such an amazing experience that reminded me of the power of our brain.
The biggest take away of the event is all-around setting yourself up for success by staying in a beautiful state.
By that I mean, feeling confident, clear and directed. Being so grounded that no matter what happens outside of us we stay calm and focused. Sounds impossible? Well, it is not easy.
How to get yourself to a beautiful stage?
1. Use your physiology: dance, jump or do whatever it takes to wake up your body. That is why I love doing power poses so much and start my days by dancing a bit
2. Focus: What am I focusing on? See yourself achieving the outcome desired. Such an important step. And the only way we could complete the firewalk, by seeing ourselves on the other side celebrating.
3. Meaning: What are the emotions that I am feeling and what is the meaning of them? And if stuck in a negative emotion? Shake your body and get back to your desired outcome. Emotion is life.
Sounds simple? Yes! But is very powerful and applies to absolutely anything in your life.
