Let's get to the outfit of this week!
I love wearing versatile clothes. Things that I can easily dress up and down.
This top is a great example, I can wear it with shorts or with pants and under a jacket to use it for work.
I can assure you that you have many more combinations in your wardrobe than what you think ;)
I have seen it many times in many women's wardrobes around the world.
We need to start looking at our clothes with a different eye.
But most importantly we need to make sure that we have thought a bit more about the image we project to the world.
Is it in alignment with who you are? Is it in alignment with who you want to become? Do you feel authentic in your clothes? Are you fully expressing yourself?
Please do not underestimate the power of your image. What we wear has such a huge impact, not only on how people perceive us but in how we see ourselves.
One of the things I notice with my clients is that they find it a bit challenging to change the way they dress because they are used to seeing themselves in a certain way. Maybe the same way for the last 15 years...
That is why in my work with my clients, the process is always from the inside out. There are so many parts of you that you have probably forgotten about.
But once you bring all of you to the surface - the great, the not so great and everything in between, you are able to stand tall and to see and share how you are different.
