Welcome to 'The outfit of the week' (OOTW).

But first the inspiration for this week...

How are you starting your day? Before getting out of bed I meditate even if it is just 5 minutes.

I set the tone of my day by just spending a few minutes with myself!

Let's get to the outfit of this week!

I love everything that is blingy! I still remember in the 90's when I could put creams with glitter on my arms and chest. At least that was a thing in my mid 20's in Colombia.

I love any jewelry, clothing and accessories that has bling! And NO! You don't have to save them only for the night.

That is like saving the crystal glasses just for visitors - like my mum used to do ;)

Why not dress up to go to the supermarket or to pick up the kids from school if you feel like it?

I love doing this...

Allowing myself to dress up FOR ME!!!

I actually just dress for me anyway. I pick my outfits carefully (but quickly) and I apply make up for me, to feel good, to give myself some love, to look in the mirror and appreciate who I am. I still love being in my PJ's with no makeup, but you understand what I am trying to say ;)

I actually get my clients to have a date with themselves, when they do their nails, hair and make and dress us just to take themselves for dinner-at home or out. It is a super cool experience.

I still remember a busy mum of 3 who was a client who called me just to say she felt like a supermodel because she allowed herself time to apply moisturizer on her whole body and do her make up one night for her date.

We sometimes underestimate the power this little action can have on ourselves. And using your 'bling', dressing up or doing your make up just because you are alive is a much more fun way of living ;)

I wore this outfit to attend a dinner, but yes I have worn a lot of my blingy stuff just because it was sunny, or I felt like it or it was Monday ;)

I am wearing: Dress: Karen Millen, Leggings: Saba, Boots: Colombia

Are you ready to be bold and create an image that feels like you, that represents the real woman you are?

You know that when you look good, you feel good. And how you feel affects EVERYTHING you do, your levels of success and your enjoyment of life!

Let's start a conversation about how I can help you start showing up fully in life and how this new levels of confidence will lead to great success.

I would love to connect with you.

Have an amazing week!
