I have found that asking people to describe who you are can be one of the most difficult questions to answer.
Now, accepting who we are and where we are in life can be as difficult.
As for me, I have a super logical side to me but at the same time, I am creative. I am introverted at times, other times I am extroverted. I love dancing and listening to loud music, but if I am working I prefer to do it in complete silence.
When it comes to my interests, it's the same. I love meditation and mindset work. And I love science just as much. I love maths, physics, chemistry, neuroscience and anything related to the brain. I love understanding the logic behind absolutely everything. I am an engineer in the end.
And for a long time, I felt so weird. So confident in some areas, so insecure in others. So bright and passionate one day, but so depressed other days.
Until I understood that all of that was ME! And as I started working with clients through my business I noticed I wasn't alone. So many people felt the same way. And it was so powerful being able to share my own experience about feeling that way.
Why am I telling you this? Because in order for you to feel more empowered, clear and confident you must not only own 'all of your parts' but learn how to use them to your advantage.
The answer to THE difficult question: What makes you different or unique lays there!!! There is only one of you, with your very unique quirks, your unique life experiences, and even your fear and doubts.
Now over to you: What's your life story? Where have you been? What parts of you have you been neglecting? What are your strengths and interests?
And most importantly, how can you incorporate them into your personal brand?
